The hotel location is excellent, just next to the railway station. The hotel is very clean with great facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful with the breakfast being a standout.

The location of the hotel is super convenient, with easy access to the train station and other places. You can quickly reach the University station and explore the city via the subway. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large TVs. The view from the hotel is magnificent, especially at night.

The housekeeping service could use some improvement, as I only received new slippers on the second day of my stay and found dust and hairs on the floor daily.

Peaceful and tranquil surroundings, yet close to train station. I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency and was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the hotel. The decor in my one-bedroom suite was calming and created a serene atmosphere. The spaciousness of the suite allowed me to truly relax and unwind.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain setting and is surrounded by a bike path and a harbor front with plenty of bars and restaurants. We were upgraded to a VIP room, which was absolutely fabulous and even had a DVD player for in-room entertainment. The outdoor pool was large and lovely, and the club lounge offered amazing service and delicious food. I would highly recommend asking for Ken, a fantastic waiter at the club lounge. a great value and a perfect staycation spot.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, allowing us to cool off and enjoy the beautiful weather. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city and explore all the attractions.

The breakfast options could use improvement, especially for those who prefer a more western-style breakfast. the buffet mainly consisted of oriental dishes, with only a small selection of western items.
